wonderful MARS musicians!
We regret to inform you that MARS Amp repair is closing its doors.
We are a
family owned business; we started this business 7 years ago. As you know,
this economy is in a very tough situation. From talking with many of you
while we were going through our closing down process, we heard stories
from many of you of how difficult it is to make money in the ‘service’
business. We know we aren’t alone. Thank you for all your kind words of
support. It is sincerely appreciated.
Our business motto has always been:
A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not
dependent on us. We are dependent on him He is not an interruption of our
work; he is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider to our business, he
is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us
a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.
It has indeed been the greatest opportunity to serve all the wonderful
musicians that have walked through our doors these past 7 years. We have
had musicians from all over the state of Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.
We have met many, many wonderful people and heard great stories of your
musical aspirations, your gigs, your love of music and of course, your
interest and concerns about your music gear. We’ve heard stories about you
and your families that have delighted us. We’ve enjoyed it all. Musicians
are some of the friendliest people around. Music, they say, is the
universal language and it's so true.
Thank you for blessing us with the opportunity to meet and work with each
and every one of you. It has indeed been a great experience. We wish you
the very best.
We know finding servicers in Colorado is very difficult; please look at
our page of other providers to find other places in town
where you can take your gear.
The best to you,
Glen, Debby, Katrina, Cody
and the MARS Technicians
